Where are we?
We are located on Timothy's Bridge Road near the Parkway railway station with free carparking at the studio, too.
Who are our clients?
Our clients are typically ladies between 40-65+. Typically, they don't like or feel comfortable in a traditional gym environment, appreciate the accountability we provide and like the fact every session is trainer-led i.e. you're not left on your own to figure things out.
What we offer
We offer time efficient and cost-effective 30 minute one-on-one personal training as well small group PT for those needing even more affordability. Group cardio, resistance and core & stretch sessions are scheduled daily with early morning (6am-8.30am), mid-morning (9.30am-11am) and evening (5.30pm-7.30pm) sessions. Our 5-Week Nutrition Jump-Start works in tandem with whatever fitness route you choose to couple your exercise efforts with nutrition support for a fast and sustainable result.
